I (heart) kitchen gadgets

Take a look at my newest toy.  Only $25 at Costco. It holds 4 cups capacity, and is very easy to use. I curse those huge processors that have like 15 parts that you have to twist this way and that like five different times before it will even turn on.  Simple makes me smile.
I chopped all my veggies and herbs for my salsa with this beaut and it was quite efficient, almost too efficient—luckily I like my salsa anti-chunky.  I’m going to figure out how to make frozen yogurt with it…any tips?
