I wrote a novelette yesterday. (Novelette—it’s a real thing. Definitely not a novel and not quite a novella, but more than a short story.) My three-year-old was sick, it was a stormy, summer day, and I decided to write a story about the dream I had the night before. It’s very rough, like I said I wrote it in one day, and it’s totally fiction. Maybe you’ll enjoy it, and least I did while writing it :)
"Women of God can never be like women of the world. The world has enough women who are tough; we need women who are tender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who are kind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who are refined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women of faith. We have enough greed; we need more goodness. We have enough vanity; we need more virtue. We have enough popularity; we need more purity. "
