What Not To Wear approved

Before you say anything about this outfit, read below.

what not to wear

I saw Clinton Kelly (of TLC’s What Not to Wear), wear an outfit very similar to this, except it was the male version.  I love that show, and I think I’ve watched every episode…some twice because I forget how they turn out. Anyway, I was watching one episode and noticed that Clinton had on a shirt almost identical to mine (above). He was wearing it with a purple vest (the same color as above), and grey slacks. I thought, “I could totally copy that!” So I did. Originally, I was going to wear my grey skirt with it, but it was colder then I anticipated, so I opted for jeans.

I went out to lunch with my mother-in-law and sisters-in-law, and they commented how they would never think to put these colors together. I replied, me either, but I saw a fashion expert do it, so it’s totally acceptable. And that was that.

I have no excuse about my hair. It was one of those mornings.

Which turned into one of those afternoons when I locked my keys in the car.

Again.

Two times in a four day period.

I think I have a syndrome. It could possibly be called “My two year old is making me crazy” syndrome.

Luckily, there is a medication for it. I just have to pop a few chocolate chips and everything is better ;)

At least for the next five minutes.

Haha, I need to get me some of that medicine! Doesn't chocolate make everything better? And, you totally rocked the outfit!
